背景についてはjpeg形式で載せていますので、適宜BMPに変換してください。
Icon Packに入っている背景はBMP形式で入れてあります。

各アプリの手順に従って変更をしてください。
尚、アイコンの場合ファイル名をICON0.pngに変更が必要になることもあります。

PSPメニュー背景の変更は各自しっかりと判断した上で行ってください。

PSPersonalizeなど、PSPのメニュー背景を変更できるアプリを用意してください。
Read Meが英語だったりしますが、よく読んで把握した上で行ってください。
ここに掲載されているデータはpngデータなので、24Bbit、BMP化は各自行ってください。

画像サイズ300x170で変更したところ、アイコンの影がブロック状になってしまうため、
画像サイズを250x141まで下げることで回避しました。
元に戻す場合は、PSP Original Backgroundを用意し、
カスタマイズ同様の手順で復帰してください。
